The guide fin is flatter and smaller and enables the use of Carrera vehicles on tracks made by Scalextric or Ninco as well as other manufacturers. The typical guide fin measures 2mm in width and 10mm in height. The unique guide fin is 1.5mm broad and 7mm height.
